Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to distribute pet nutrition products to retailers, such as pet shops, veterinary hospitals, and general stores.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the retail sector to expand the company’s distribution network.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to create effective sales and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet customer expectations and are delivered efficiently.
- Organize promotional activities and campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales in the retail market.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution channels and recommend improvements to enhance reach and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pet nutrition industry to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the pet or animal nutrition industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute distribution strategies for small-scale retailers.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and channel performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals.
