Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•Oversee all aspects of the Human Resources Department.

•Ensure efficient payroll operations for all companies within the group.

•Manage staff medical benefits and other claims processes to improve efficiency.

•Ensure completion of required corporate legal documents and compliance with government regulations.

•Plan and execute recruitment and selection activities to ensure the company has the right talent at the right time.

•Establish and lead staffing practices and procedures to recruit and retain an effective workforce.

•Develop strong working relationships with executives, management, and staff, providing advice, guidance, and

coaching as needed.

•Provide HR support and counsel on employee relations issues, including career development, performance

improvement, and disciplinary actions.

•Ensure employee relations programs and activities are implemented at all operational sites.

•Handle visa and work permit processes.

•Ensure training and development initiatives address current capabilities and future needs, including on-the-job training,

department-specific training, management development, new hire orientation, and onboarding.

•Motivate, develop, supervise, and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance, team-oriented workforce.

•Manage subcontractor and security management.

•Prepare compensation and benefits plans.

•Prepare and manage employee performance management criteria with employees and supervisors.

•Manage office administrative tasks as a secondary role.


Experience requirements

Qualifications:

•Experience: At least 8 years of experience in HR and Administration.


Requirements:

1.Excellent command of English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) to fluently communicate with native English speakers in the U.S.A.

2.Strong sense of ownership and accountability, able to work under high pressure.

3.Strong leadership, communication, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
