Senior Warehouse Manager

Our client is a leading service provider specializing in precision optical, electro-optical, and sophisticated electronic manufacturing

• Manage warehousing, distribution, and inventory operations across multiple sites in Thailand, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational procedures.
• Strategically analyze and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality within warehouse operations.
• Identify and adopt modern technologies to upgrade warehouse and distribution systems.
• Oversee and optimize operations including receiving, warehousing, kitting, and shipping to meet both current and future business needs.
• Develop and implement efficient product handling and storage strategies to accommodate growth and changing capacity requirements.
• Plan warehouse space effectively to support future capacity needs.
• Establish departmental objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) while regularly monitoring and evaluating performance.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and expenditure schedules to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Provide a safe working environment by implementing and maintaining health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance by the team at all times.

• 15 years total experience and 5-10 years management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, preferably in distribution center operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Health and Safety awareness
• Familiarity with SCM / WMS software and technology solutions.

• Bachelor degree or higher
