Selling Home appliances, Face mask, pet products, storage, and LED lighting.

• Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure timely and accurate payment and collection processes. Communicate effectively with clients to address payment issues or discrepancies. 2.
• Perform monthly checks and prepare output VAT reports. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including managing E-Tax invoices.
• Prepare and issue receipts. Record receipt vouchers accurately in the accounting system.
• Manage and reconcile e-commerce transactions to ensure proper recording in the system. Check revenue from e-commerce platforms and process receipt entries for payments received from platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for sales invoices. Ensure all records are accurate and readily available for auditing purposes.
• Preparation Prepare data for financial statements, including downloading sales reports, creating pivot tables, and organizing receipts.

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field
• At least 2 years working experience as accounting in AR field
• Fair command in English
• Able to use Express
