About the Company
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of Nursing to lead and manage our nursing team. With a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice, and fostering a supportive and efficient working environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support a team of nurses, providing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in line with clinical guidelines, best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and patient safety.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, improve outcomes, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing constructive feedback and ensuring continuous professional growth.
- Handle operational and administrative tasks related to nursing services, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management.
- Stay updated on the latest healthcare trends, regulations, and evidence-based practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of care delivery.
- Advocate for patient needs, ensuring they receive appropriate and timely care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to improve hospital or clinic efficiency and performance.
Experience requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 3-5years of nursing experience,
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices, healthcare regulations, and nursing protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in team leadership, staff development, and operational management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care
