Senior Supply Chain (Japanese Speaking)

Job overview: The Supply Chain Senior Staff position is responsible for overseeing production control and inventory management, including planning and managing inventory levels, as well as coordinating logistics and inventory for distributors and retailers.

• Oversee and manage daily operations with third-party warehouses, including issuing delivery notes, processing orders in the system, arranging transportation for product transfers, and coordinating part-time workers as needed, while ensuring effective staff management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as offline events and retail business teams, to prioritize and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Work with customs brokers to handle import and export documentation, including TISI applications.
• Prepare monthly reports related to supply chain activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Production Control within international corporations

• Experience in the Japanese manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Willingness to conduct on-site visits to third-party warehouses as needed

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and demands

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working with large datasets (advanced Microsoft Excel skills required)

• Availability to work on weekends during event periods (twice a year)

• Skilled in building and maintaining good relationships

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field

Can communicate in English (Toeic is prefer) and Japanese (N3)
