Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Head of BD, CEO, and planning team to meet customer expectations.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, overseas agents, and truck owners.
3. Visit customers and prepare weekly sales reports for management.
4. Analyze the market and competitors to boost sales performance.
5. Promote and market cross-border trucking services.
6. Assist sales personnel and serve customers.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality through effective communication and coordination.
8. Handle sales inquiries and customer complaints.
9. Coordinate sales activities with customers.
10. Help prepare sales reports.
11. Identify new customer accounts across all industries.
12. Manage key major accounts.
13. Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
14. Prepare monthly sales and marketing activity reports.
15. Prepare profit and loss reports for each customer and other reports.
16. Provide recommendations to the operations team to improve efficiency.
17. Achieve company budget targets.
18. Handle other tasks as directed by the Line Director.
Experience requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3-year experience in sales function (Preferably for Industrial and Freight Forwarder).
3. Able to communicate in both spoken and written English.
4. Smooth communication both inside and overseas.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Own car with driving license.
