Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Sell warehouse space, warehouse solutions, 3PL services, and value-added services.
  • Hunt for new customer accounts across various industries.
  • Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Visit and provide services to customers, ensuring strong relationships.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations for customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality.
  • Handle sales inquiries and address customer complaints promptly.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and marketing activity reports.


Experience requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in Warehouse sales / Business Development / 3PL management (focus on warehouse).
  • Well understanding of warehouse operation 
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover opportunities within existing client relationship as well as to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Own car and driving license and able to drive long distance.
