Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Sell warehouse space, warehouse solutions, 3PL services, and value-added services.
- Hunt for new customer accounts across various industries.
- Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Visit and provide services to customers, ensuring strong relationships.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations for customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality.
- Handle sales inquiries and address customer complaints promptly.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales and marketing activity reports.
Experience requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-year experience in Warehouse sales / Business Development / 3PL management (focus on warehouse).
- Well understanding of warehouse operation
- Demonstrated ability to uncover opportunities within existing client relationship as well as to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strategic thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Own car and driving license and able to drive long distance.
