Operations Manager (Air Freight)

The leading and worldwide company with shipping, freight forwarding and logistics of all type of valuable goods

• Manage the day to day operations teams whilst completing root cause/deep dive analysis to ensure the operation is constantly evolving and improving
• Provide operation support in Thailand and co-ordinate with overseas operations to maintain smoothly operation
• Establish good relationships with consumers and stakeholders to ensure that all processes and negotiations run smoothly.
• Able to manage cargo volume, service quality, and the need to improve or locate new services and airliners.
• Ensure end-to-end carrier/airliner management, including availability, balancing, and selecting the appropriate carrier. Organize activities, the internal staff, the overseas agent, and the branches.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/airline industry with managerial capacity.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively in diverse multicultural environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of airfreight a must, knowledge of ocean freight is an advantage

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management or related
