Our client is a freight forwarding company specializing in comprehensive logistics solutions, focusing on air and sea transport in Thailand
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipping services, rates, and prepare quotations (regular business and one-off-quotes for spot shipments) within the stipulated time frame outlines in the A&S minimum standards delivery schedules.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays.
- Assist clients in tracking shipments and resolving any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales, Operation and Logistics Teams to ensure client needs are met and service levels are maintained.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Air or Sea freight Customer service in Freight forwarding business.
- Experience managing and reviewing shipment status, delivery schedules and preparing quotation
- Proven experience in managing a good relationships with clients and internal parties
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
