About the Company
Our client is a prominent multinational trading company with a strong presence in Thailand, specializing in a wide range of industrial products and solutions. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team (10-20 members) to achieve sales objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with both local and global goals to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Market Expansion & Analysis: Identify new business opportunities within various industry segments, including food, automotive, electronics, and manufacturing. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Key Account & Customer Management: Oversee and manage key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with customers such as end-users, OEMs, and distributors. Provide tailored solutions and technical guidance, addressing customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, including order fulfillment, production planning, and inventory management. Collaborate with global teams to align local sales efforts with global product strategies and business goals.
- Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports using CRM tools like Salesforce to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, market expansion, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge and client relationship across various industries, including food, automotive, electronics, and manufacturing.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms for sales management.
- Ability to travel domestically as required.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
