Senior IT Manager

Our client, a leading fashion retail company, is looking for an IT Manager to be their first IT hire and take full ownership of all IT functions. This is a hands-on role where you will build, manage, and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure, business applications, and security to support business growth.

• Lead and manage all IT operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality.
• Oversee and manage retail IT systems including POS, CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Implement IT security policies to protect company data and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical support to store and HQ teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors and IT service providers.
• Lead IT-related projects such as new system implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) to align IT with business needs.
• Plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
