IT Assistance Manager SAP BCP

• Responsible for Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) system management and operations.

• Act as a liaison between the Information Technology department and various business units involved in business processes and data flows.

• Gather business processes related to the BPC system and/or other systems, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure consistent data updates.

• Analyze various operational data to identify relationships and prioritize accordingly.

• Develop and define the data structure for BPC, identifying data owners, co-owners, and data users.

• Assess the impact of data imports and exports related to BPC across the organization.

• Plan and design the organization's data structure and create interconnections to maximize data usability and value.

• Provide user support, analyze issues, and propose solutions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Collaborate in designing business processes by leveraging the BPC system to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work closely with relevant teams and coordinate across all operational phases to ensure successful project completion in line with objectives and goals.

• At least 3 years of experience working with the BPC system.

• Strong expertise in SAP BPC – Planning and Consolidation.

• 2–3 years of experience in SAP BI/BW.

• Capable of designing business processes centered around the functions and features of BPC.

• Ability to support BPC operations effectively.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
