• Develop and implement HR policies and processes that align with legal requirements and corporate culture across key business units.
• Design and optimize organizational structures and job frameworks to support business growth and workforce effectiveness.
• Oversee the end-to-end PMS process, ensuring goal setting, tracking, and evaluation align with
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, metrics, and KPIs to develop insights that drive decision-making and enhance performance management.
• Identify and lead organizational transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Partner with business leaders to integrate people strategies that support talent development and business objectives.
• Implement effective change management strategies to drive cultural transformation and adoption of agile working practices.
• Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate key insights to executives and stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in organizational development, HR strategy, and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis and workforce planning.
