Our client is a leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR professional to drive organizational development, performance management, and workforce transformation.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes that align with legal requirements and corporate culture across key business units.
- Design and optimize organizational structures and job frameworks to support business growth and workforce effectiveness.
- Oversee the end-to-end PMS process, ensuring goal setting, tracking, and evaluation align with
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, metrics, and KPIs to develop insights that drive decision-making and enhance performance management.
- Identify and lead organizational transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Partner with business leaders to integrate people strategies that support talent development and business objectives.
- Implement effective change management strategies to drive cultural transformation and adoption of agile working practices.
- Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate key insights to executives and stakeholders.
Experience requirements
- Proven expertise in organizational development, HR strategy, and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis and workforce planning.
- Ability to lead change management initiatives and implement best practices.
