About the Company

Our client, a leading IT solutions and technology company, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to lead their recruitment strategy and drive top-tier executive hiring.


This role will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience, with a focus on hiring C-level and management positions.


Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead executive-level hiring, specializing in C-level and management recruitment.
  • Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strengthen employer branding through both online and offline initiatives.
  • Manage and enhance partnerships with universities, job boards, and HR software providers.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate a team of recruiters.
  • Analyze and report on key hiring metrics, such as source of hire and time-to-hire.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
Experience requirements
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or in a senior recruitment leadership role.
  • Experience in executive search and leadership hiring, particularly for C-level and management roles.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, ATS, and HR databases.
  • Demonstrated success in employer branding and talent strategy.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
