Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage recruitment efforts and work with hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review systems, assist with goal-setting and development plans.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs and encourage professional growth.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Strategic HR Support: Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals.
Experience requirements
- Strong communication in English.
- Experienced in Manufacturing for minimum 3 years.
