Job Position: Sales Supervisor (Japanese Speaking)

Our client is a well-known company that specializes in developing electronic products for automotive powertrains and GPS tracking systems for Japan and ASEAN countries. The company has exhibited for nearly 20 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in automotive global markets.

• Manage business operations involving service sales and in-vehicle terminals

• Align sales activities and business meetings with sales partners while developing dealer networks

• Oversee sales activities and administrative tasks to achieve sales targets

• Engage with business partners to address and resolve issues

• Conduct business planning and market research in Thailand, including customer and market requirements, competitor analysis, regulatory updates, and economic trends

• Collaborate with the Japan headquarters sales team to achieve company revenue and EBIT targets

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing, transportation, or IT service industry is preferred

• Knowledge of the transportation industry is an advantage

• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus

• Strong communication skills, including explanation, active listening, and inquiry

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive mindset

• Highly responsible and able to maintain confidentiality

• No driving license is also welcome (company has car support)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• English Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score is preferred)

• Japanese Internal Conversation Level (JLPT N3 or above)
