Senior Cost Accounting

Our client is a leading laminate manufacturing company they are seeking a Senior Cost Accountant with extensive experience in industrial or heavy industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing cost analysis, cost control, and financial reporting related to manufacturing processes.

• Analyzing production costs and variances, recommending cost-saving initiatives
• Preparing detailed cost reports and ensuring accurate product costing
• Monitoring inventory valuation and assisting with monthly and annual closing procedures
• Collaborating with production and operations teams to optimize cost efficiency
• Conducting financial analysis to support pricing strategies and budgeting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in industrial or heavy industries
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, manufacturing processes, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in SAP systems and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams
