About the Company

A significant part of a major chemical business group is involved in the production of various chemical groups.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1.   HR Business Partnering

·      Align people priorities with plant objectives.

·      Enhance workforce productivity and efficiency by partnering with department teams.

·      Collaborate with managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

·      Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, mitigating HR risks.

2.   Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

·      Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top manufacturing talent.

·      Drive manpower planning and workforce optimization for seamless plant operations.

3.   Training

·      Identify skill gaps and implement training programs for plant employees and supervisors.

·      Lead technical training initiatives to upskill the workforce.

4.   Employee Engagement & Relations

·      Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee morale and retention.

·      Conduct employee feedback sessions and create action plans to improve work culture.

·      Manage grievance handling and ensure smooth industrial relations.

·      Implement employee recognition programs to boost motivation and productivity.

5.   HR Operations & Compliance

·      Ensure adherence to labor laws, health & safety regulations, and HR policies.

·      Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for internal reporting and compliance.

Experience requirements

Qualifications:

  • Extensive HR Experience: Over 7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
  • Labor Law and Industrial Relations Expertise: Strong understanding of local labor laws, industrial relations, and workforce management.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • English Proficiency: Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
