About the Company

Our client is an international dealer representing a world-class automotive company. Presently, we are seeking a skilled Warranty Admin to join the Aftersales division and contribute to the brand's legacy of excellence.

In this pivotal role, you will be a key support to the Warranty team, requiring a deep understanding of warranty processes and effective communication skills in English.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the service center to gather relevant information for claims.
  • Communicate effectively with headquarters and other stakeholders to expedite claim approvals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized warranty records.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide support in resolving warranty-related issues.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive warranty business or service center.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge with regards to manufacturer’s warranty work.
