About the Company
Our client is global leading food & ingredient industry, now they're looking for HRBP to support the plant at Samutprakarn. This role you will be challenged on focused on aligning HR practices with the business goals of an organization. You will work closely with senior leaders and line managers at plant.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with business leader on workforce planning, performance management and staff retention.
- Handle Employee Engagement to set activities and participate as committee.
- Manage conflict and liaise between management team and staffs.
- Coordinate with internal team such as TA, Com&Ben, Development team and external team to achieve company's goal.
- Handle and support Administration tasks for office site.
Experience requirements
- 5 years experience as HRBP in manufacturing field
- Strong experience as Internal recruitment from end to end process
- Understand manpower labor market trends, subcontractor management, and factory operations.
- Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Experience in manufacturing base
- Available to work under contract basis
