Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute business plans for the short, medium, and long term that drive alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain and expand existing client relationships
- Collaborate in company marketing initiatives and promotions to drive client acquisition and conversion
Experience requirements
- 2+ years of progressive sales experience in forex or financial industry
- Possess solid negotiation abilities to engage with various clients and partners effectively
- Ability to work under pressure with resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Quick learner, ambitious, goal-driven, and results-oriented
- Proficiency in English is a plus
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
