About the Company
Our Partner is an OEM provider specializing in high-quality cosmetic product development. They work behind the scenes with multiple brands, offering innovative formulations that combine aesthetics and functionality to meet consumer demands.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Sales Management: Oversee both domestic and international sales territories, monitor team and distributor performance, and identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Contract Oversight: Lead the negotiation and renewal of contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with legal standards.
- Operations Management: Supervise the execution of scent marketing projects, daily operational processes, and the establishment of technician and distributor networks throughout Thailand and Asia.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor the sales team, focusing on boosting their performance and facilitating their professional development.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly business performance reports to shareholders, providing valuable insights and strategic recommendations.
Experience requirements
- Background in B2B sales, preferably with experience working with clients from the hotel industry and cosmetics / FMCG brands
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Fluent in both Thai and English
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of the hotel industry
- Strong analytical abilities
- Passion for building and maintaining client relationships and effective communication
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA is a plus)
