Job Responsibilities
  • Global key accounts management to achieve customer's satisfactions and company goals
  • Develop own key accounts to achieve sales target
  • Lead a team and improve team performance and products knowledge
  • Manage and control installation schedules and orders of key accounts.
  • Provide reports for sales measurement required by director and HQ
  • Well communicate with concerned departments to find best solutions to problems
  • Keep abreast of current market situation , products and transfer knowledge to staff
  • Supervise and develop project managers to achieve team target
  • Review set up schedules weekly one by one with project managers and sales administrator to guarantee number. 10 Manage opportunities in CRM to precisely forecast sales number
  • Attend management meeting to present market feedback
  • Responsible for team AR issues
  • Responsible for slow moving items management of the team


Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales function
  • Good command of English and knowledge of computer skill
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills
