Job Responsibilities
- Innovate and develop existing Delicatessen recipes and invent new recipes.
- Determine the food preparation plan in accordance with the goals and operating results of the company
- Explore market trends and competitors
- Analyze costs, profits, and sales, summarize the results of work and present a report to the management.
- Negotiate with suppliers or partners to bring the use of raw materials
- Train staff in making food recipes
Experience requirements
- Experienced as a Cheif or related cooking position
- Knowledge in cooking, product development, and recipes for at least 2 years
- Understand and be able to give advice on food production in the factory is an advantage
