Job Responsibilities
  • Control and oversee workforce planning, job-specific competency definitions, and recruitment at all levels to ensure the selection of suitable candidates for appropriate job positions.
  • Control and oversee new employee orientation and effective monitoring of employees during their probationary period to ensure that the organization benefits from the knowledge and abilities of new employees.
  • Control and oversee employee development planning, design training programs to enhance employee competencies (Training Roadmap), analyze training needs by job position, and create an annual training plan (Annual Training Plan). Ensure training and employee development according to plans and legal requirements. Monitor and evaluate training results, both in-house and external training, to measure competencies and check employees' abilities post-training (Training GAP). Conduct training effectively according to the organization's competency and job position.
  • Control and oversee planning and budgeting of human resource development resources annually to obtain an appropriate budget for the human resource development plan.
  • Control and oversee consultation and problem-solving during training to ensure that training is carried out according to the plan and trainees are satisfied.
  • Control and oversee work performance evaluation planning, define evaluation formats, and analyze employee work performance to align with organizational expectations. Develop and improve work performance, prevent long-term damage to the organization.
  • Control and oversee the development of employees to align with job positions, create a lifelong learning plan for employees, and develop leadership qualities. Prepare employees with the knowledge and skills needed for higher-level positions to align with competencies and career paths.
  • Control and oversee the evaluation of the abilities and potential of each employee. Assess job opportunities within the organization in collaboration with department managers and senior executives, and define succession plans to ensure career development activities align with the organization's growth effectively and sustainably.
  • Analyze the return on investment (ROI) of sending employees for external training (Outside Training) to compare the value of training with the results achieved, ensuring efficient budget utilization.
  • Present training assessment results and follow-up to managers and related departments to find solutions to employee development problems collectively.

Experience requirements
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment and selection process.
  • Knowledge of company (or Manufacturing) training management.
  • Knowledge of course development.
  • Competency, Talent, Successor knowledge.
  • Proficiency in computer usage (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good command of English for effective communication.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented in task execution.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Political Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
