Job Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, you will be expected in assisting division business leaders in region with HR business partnering (recruitment, performance management, training, development, and policy) for the country, as well as the delivery of HR Operations Services in APAC from onboarding to offboarding, benefits administration, accurate data management, regulatory compliance with labor laws, statutory reporting, and third-party vendor management.
- Staffing: Responsible for partnering with internal team and external agency to do the sourcing, screening, hiring of the candidates as per company's process.
- Performance Management (PM): To support the PM cycle, Goal Setting, Appraisals, compensation review, PIP’s. To work with biz leaders to provide guidance as per company and country regulations to improve performance,
- Labour Compliance: Responsible to ensure the company's office is compliant in accordance with the country labour laws.
- Provide support to organise local trainings as per business and company requirements.
- Partners with the business to sustain a culture of consistent transparency, demonstrated fairness in employee dealings, and compliance to company’s Code of Conduct
- Administers HR operations processes in the areas of onboarding, work pass management, confirmation of employment, staff movements and off-boarding (complying to regulatory requirements).
- Creates and maintains employees’ records in HR systems and personal files.
- Manage and work with outsourced payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate management of all payroll-related activities, transactions updates records and reporting requirements.
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of government lodgement & etc.
- Administer leave, leave accrual & actuarial valuation reports and employee benefits programs, including insurances, employee well-being in accordance with policies.
- Manage employee center / Microsoft Teams
- Generate, produce and manage employee-related reports as per regulatory/legislative requirements, and other company requirements.
- Support employee relations and HR Projects.
- Address employees' queries on HR policies and applications from time to time.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Experience requirements
- Experience working for MNCs.
- 4-6 years of working experience in the HR field
- Good English communication
- experience in stakeholder management and all areas of HR work (recruitment, operations, payroll, EE relations and engagement, etc.).
- Ability to work individually in the TH office as the only HR person. HR colleagues and the reporting manager are based outside the TH.
