Job Responsibilities
- HR Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hospital goals. Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Payroll Management: Verify payroll for all staff, including doctors and nurses, using systems like Tigersoft, Humansoft, and Bplus.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, resolve conflicts, and enhance staff engagement.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, hospital regulations, and accreditation standards. Update and implement HR policies.
- Training & Development: Support training programs and support leadership and staff performance growth.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and implement systems for improvement and recognition.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the HR team and align HR strategies with hospital leadership objectives.
- Administrative Oversight: Maintain HR documentation, utilize software effectively, and generate workforce reports.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience working in the hospital/clinic industry.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, establish HR systems, and develop HR strategies.
- Experience in managing and verifying payroll, particularly for doctors and nurses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff and leadership.
- Logical thinking and management skills to prioritize and oversee multiple tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Familiarity with payroll software such as Tigersoft, Humansoft, and Bplus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
