Job Responsibilities
Responsibility
- Drive the development of new and innovative cosmetic and skincare formulations to meet market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into viable product concepts.
- Work closely with formulation scientists to create new cosmetic and skincare products that meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product concepts.
- Maintain detailed records of R&D activities, including formulation details, test results, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to scale up and commercialize successful formulations
