Our customer is a prominent company specializing in the production and distribution of various types of caps which are utilized as seals for bottles and containers.
As the Compensation & Benefits Head Section, You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits policies aligned with the company's objectives and industry standards. This position involves strategic planning, hands-on management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Job Responsibilities
- Develop fair and competitive total compensation aligned with company goals.
- Establish a consistent compensation philosophy reflecting company culture and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation in compensation practices.
- Supervise accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage bonus programs, schedules, attendance, and vacation records.
- Implement and oversee an effective performance evaluation system.
- Align performance management with compensation strategies.
- Analyze salary data, produce informative reports, and identify trends for management.
- Design compensation and benefits policies (grading system, job evaluation) in line with company culture.
- Integrate policies into new employee onboarding.
- Engage with the government to ensure legal compliance.
- Participate in surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits in the job market.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to approach issues from various perspectives.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
