Job Responsibilities
Work closely with Company and franchise operations to support franchisees in managing their teams effectively and maintaining high standards across restaurants:
- Help franchisees develop and execute staffing plans and ensure they have a strong pool of talent at both restaurant and higher levels.
- Keep track of performance metrics related to staffing and suggest improvements where needed.
- Collaborate with franchise HR teams to make sure all necessary HR programs are in place and utilized effectively.
- Make sure that staffing practices at restaurants meet company standards.
- Conduct regular audits with franchise partners to assess compliance.
- Help update and communicate company standards as needed.
- Use restaurant training resources to support team development in the field.
- Foster a positive company culture and promote the company's values at the restaurant level.
- Come up with initiatives to enhance company culture and work with franchisees to implement them.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement employee value propositions.
- Ensure that franchisees understand and comply with company policies and legal requirements to protect the brand.
- Handle any other assigned duties.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is required.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HRBP/HR generalist/human resources roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced, field-based environment with multiple tasks and deadlines, and the skill to work effectively through others to achieve goals.
- Capable of conducting engaging training sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently without close supervision.
