Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with the company's values and culture.
  • Implementing innovative recruitment techniques to attract diverse and skilled candidates.
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of talent acquisition policies and procedures.
Experience requirements
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Education requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
