About the Company
Our client is global nutritional & herbal supplements industry for over decades. They are now looking for Human Capital Development Offic. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple countries to align HR policies with business goals, conduct analysis to enhance HR efficiency, lead implementation of HR systems, and manage Human Capital projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Working with specific countries to ensure HR policies match business goals.
- Analyzing HR methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Taking charge of projects to create better systems for managing employee information, hiring, performance, and engagement, working closely with HR colleagues.
- Coordinating with other departments to smoothly introduce HR practices.
- Overseeing various Human Capital projects as assigned.
Experience requirements
- Experience in HR functions, Organization Development (OD), People & Culture Transformation, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong language skills in written and spoken English are required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
