Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Human Resources and Administration, including payroll processing, recruitment, and personnel management.
- Develop and execute recruitment and selection strategies to ensure efficient hiring processes.
- Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and streamline operations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as inventory control, supervision of support staff (maid, security guards, driver), and office supplies management.
- Handle visa and work permit procedures for Japanese staff members, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Perform any other duties as necessary to support the smooth operation of the HR and Administration functions.
Experience requirements
- Proficient in aspects of HR and Administration functions.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and ability to implement them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Familiarity with visa and work permit procedures preferred.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing confidential information with discretion.
