Job Responsibilities
  • The role involves sourcing CVs/resumes, coordinating with recruitment agencies, and conducting pre-screening for interview scheduling.
  • Preparing onboarding documents and training schedules for new employees, as well as researching training courses to enhance employee skills.
  • Monthly attendance reports are generated, and ad-hoc tasks are performed as delegated.
  • On the administrative side, duties include managing meeting rooms, vehicles, contracts, and visa/work permit documents.
  • Procurement oversight, document handling, and demo product management are also part of the role. Ad-hoc assignments may be delegated as required by the Supervisor.
Experience requirements


  • Preferred qualifications for the position include previous experience in General Administration or HR functions, although new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Should have a basic understanding of general human resources procedures and Thai labor laws.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (HSK 4 or above) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and open-minded approach.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), is also necessary.
