Job Responsibilities
- Supervise, Train, and motivate subordinates as Senior Sales Representative to make a team to achieve Sales target.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the designated area.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends, and use insights to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns to effectively showcase our products and services.
- Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals, distributors, and sales teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective positioning of our offerings.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights into performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
- At least 5 year's working experience in sales or commercial roles related industries.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and mentorship.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical devices and equipment industry, including understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
- Able to travel outstation or oversea when required.
