Senior Field Sales Specialist (Upcountry)

Our client plays a crucial role in the healthcare ecosystem of Asia by providing essential medical equipment, supplies, and services to support the delivery of quality patient care across the region.

• Supervise, Train, and motivate subordinates as Senior Sales Representative to make a team to achieve Sales target. 
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the designated area.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends, and use insights to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns to effectively showcase our products and services.
• Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals, distributors, and sales teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective positioning of our offerings.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights into performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
• At least 5 year's working experience in sales or commercial roles related industries.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and mentorship.
• In-depth knowledge of the medical devices and equipment industry, including understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Able to travel outstation or oversea when required.
