Operations Manager (Own Brand Restaurant)

Our client operates own brand restaurants which their aim to increase the sales growth in the business, manage COL&COG, develop excellent service in f&b operation. They are now looking for an energetic and solid Operations Manager to support their fast-growing restaurant business.

• Responsible for managing the operation procedure and analyst the data for food revenue (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
• Oversee and assist with sales strategies and margin goals.
• Forecast daily F&B revenue, sales performance, able to manage F&B team
• Demonstrates and reinforces the leadership behaviors to gain commitment all operation associates
• Coordinates implementation and execution of new products and processes consistently within the country.
• Consults and creating a positive work environment while working shoulder-to-shoulder with the teams to create and accomplish business and profit plan objectives
• Monitor all operations to ensure feedback is captured and actioned upon in a timely manner
• Develops, trains and contributes to continuously improving the knowledge, skills and abilities of the respective teams.

• Minimum 5 years related experience in management roles (Operations Manager, Area Manager, Restaurant Manager) Preferable direct Thai Cuisine Restaurant experience.
• Solid background in restaurant business acumen, preferable strong in driving sales, managing team and run f&b operation smoothly.
• Excellent interpersonal skill with customers and employees
• Good command in both English & Thai is a must
• Flexible to work as a shift and 6 days working/week
