Job Responsibilities
This role is mainly focus on taking full responsibility for Sales and Business Development on Key Accounts within assigned area to meet sales target.
Job description:
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with key account customers in Thailand (Automotive)
- Pursue new business opportunities and customer acquisition within the Thai market.
- Interpret and coordinate accurately the requirements of key account customers.
- Assume accountability for sales outcomes, encompassing revenue, accounts receivable, and customer satisfaction.
- Formulate strategies for sales and service tailored to key accounts.
- Create global sales proposals and quotations for multinational clients.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and engage in marketing activities.
- Take ownership of customer feedback for product and service enhancements and new ideas.
- Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining a competitive edge by conveying customer needs and competitor activities to management.
- Collaborate with colleagues across divisions and departments.
- Engage in additional assignments and projects as needed.
- Collaborate with regional Market managers to develop and document applications.
- Conduct market research to gather demand and competition insights.
Experience requirements
Qualification:
- At least 5 years working experience as sales /representative/ Key account manager in Fluid Dispenser or related to Automotive clients.
- Good command in English (Coordinate and report to Oversea Regional)
- Able to drive with own car.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
