Job Responsibilities
· Act as the primary representative of the company in business development endeavors within the designated business segment.
· Spearhead activities aimed at generating leads and converting them into orders.
· Take charge of cultivating new sales opportunities specifically within the Thai market.
· Proactively identify potential business prospects and autonomously drive the conversion process.
· Champion the company’s products and solutions to both new and existing customer contacts, while keeping them informed about new product launches.
· Formulate, oversee, and adapt lead generation strategies to ensure effectiveness.
· Develop and nurture key accounts, prioritizing the maintenance of exceptional customer satisfaction.
· Assess customer requirements and formulate tailored proposals to address their needs.
· Cultivate and sustain positive, enduring relationships with key accounts at the executive level.
· Strategically position company products and solutions in the market.
· Lead and coordinate collaborative projects involving various internal functions and external organizations.
· Oversee channel management and contribute to its development.
· Proactively engage with channel partners to understand their needs and identify mutually beneficial solutions.
· Demonstrate agility in finding resolutions for non-standard tasks or inquiries, while actively seeking out business opportunities with channel partners
Experience requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
· 5 years-experience of sales/business development
· Technical background in Test & Measurement will be advantage.
· Relevant experience in A/D, wireless, automotive, RF, digital and/or Optical market segment will be advantage.
· Energized, proactive personality.
· Strong communication skills to work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
· Good command of English
