Production Manager

Our client was established in 1988 and has been manufacturing & exporting high quality medical latex gloves throughout Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Oceania, and Africa. 

For this Manufacturing Manager position:

The role oversees production operations, including scheduling, planning, quality control, equipment maintenance, safety enforcement, data analysis, procedural development, staff training, and interdepartmental coordination.

Working location is Chonburi, Thailand and accommodation is provided.

Job description:

• Supervise production and workers to meet goals.
• Create schedules and adjust as needed.
• Plan production based on forecasts and targets.
• Monitor production and quality until delivery.
• Maintain equipment to prevent delays.
• Enforce safety rules.
• Analyze data to improve efficiency.
• Develop and update procedures.
• Train staff and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with other departments.

• At least 6 years' experience in manufacturing production related to medical gloves or equipment products
• Experience in supervise level
• Basic communication in English
• Able to work Mon.- Sat.

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Logistics or related field
