Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage payroll and salary structure, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; stay updated on legal requirements and provide training as necessary.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, orientation, and probation assessments.
  • Drive people development initiatives, including talent management and succession planning programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork.
Experience requirements
  • Strong knowledge of payroll management and salary structuring.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and experience in conducting labor law training.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
  • Expertise in people development, including talent management and succession planning.
  • Experience in organization development.
  • Excellent attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
