Job Responsibilities
- Lead procurement processes from bidding to contract signature for sales projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategy plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and mentor sales team to drive performance and meet sales targets.
- Oversee realization of solar projects within the B2B sector.
- Ensure projects are executed within allocated budget, timeline, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with departments (licensing, procurement, accounting, O&M, engineering) to support project requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up on permitting and licensing processes with clients and regulatory departments.
- Manage customer relationships throughout project execution.
- Create, organize, and maintain project-related documentation for effective tracking and reporting.
- Participate in regular internal meetings to discuss project status, resource allocation, commercial strategies, and technical approaches.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Project Management roles.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly Solar Energy, would be advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive and collaborative approach towards achieving mutual goals.
- Good command of English.
