About the Company

Our client is garment manufacturing expertise to offer their global clients beyond typical garment OEM. They provide fabric sources, product and process innovation to client. This role is a key person to set strategy for organization to global by initiating new project to beyond compliance with dynamic change environment in Human Resource Management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify current business as well as future needs and ensure that HR objectives support the organization's vision, mission, and overall strategic goals
  • Initiate new project to support global audit to align with clients such as promote diversity eliminate bias or ESG 
  • Forecast future workforce for demand and supply of gaps in skills and capabilities 
  • Create and design organization's policy to comply with laws and compliance
  • Continue improvement of HR practices
Experience requirements
  • Over 7 years in direct experience of creating HR practices and continuous strategy improvement
  • Excellence in power point presentation
  • Strong interpersonal skill with good analytical thinking
  • Technology efficiency
  • Understand labor law and regulation
  • Understand business operation and how to contribute organization's success
