This is an exceptional opportunity where you will be fully immersed in all recruitment functions, from sourcing and screening to overall candidate and stakeholder management. In addition to applying your recruitment skills, you will have the chance to develop problem-solving and communication abilities, while also playing a role in marketing to enhance brand awareness for the company. You will work closely with a dynamic HR Department Manager, and you will grow with them to develop and deploy technologies within the HR system.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies such as selection criteria through onboarding journey to attract talent to join organization
  • Enhance organization's brand to differentiate from other competitors
  • Work closely with HR director to set standard of workforce among internal
  • Track and analyze data such as time to fill, cost per hire or turn over rate for improvement
  • Engage staffs to bring positive experience through organization
  • Handle recruitment process for C level
  • Report and summarize data for management team
Experience requirements
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in multi national companies
  • Flexibility to adjust recruitment strategies based on business needs and market trends.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech Savy and ability to learn new HR platform
