• Developing and executing strategic plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, veterinarians, and farm owners.
• Leading product launches and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and market adoption.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business objectives.
• Providing expertise and training to internal teams on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, Animal Husbandary, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the Animal Feed Additives industry or related.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Deep understanding of animal nutrition and agricultural practices.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
