Bangkok Branch Director

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality dental solutions, committed to delivering digital technologies that meet the needs of dental professionals across multiple countries worldwide. 

·      Lead the branch's strategic business planning efforts to achieve the company's sales and profitability objectives.

·      Supervise all aspects of production, including workforce, equipment, and materials, ensuring that targets and quality

standards are met.

·      Optimize and oversee key support functions such as human resources, finance, inventory management, procurement,

facilities, logistics, sales, and marketing to maintain high levels of operational efficiency.

·      Ensure the branch and production lines adhere to the company's quality standards and policies.

·      Address customer issues and work to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

·      Plan, guide, and manage the branch team and enforce compliance with company regulations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the medical device or dental equipment industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Medical Technology, Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.
• Leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, positive work attitude, honesty, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
