Now they're looking for Experienced HR Manager to revolutionize organization practice and framework. In this role you will lead, and implement transformative change to enhance working methodology.

• Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness and align with long-term business goals.
• Drive change management initiatives to modernize and improve working methodologies, fostering a culture of agility and responsiveness.
• Overall recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs to attract, retain, and grow top talent within the company.
• Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, conflict resolution, and support mechanisms.
• Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to ensure alignment with company objectives and employee development.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, supporting career growth and organizational success.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

• Proven experience in HR management, with a track record of leading organizational change and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
