About the Company: Our client is a world-leading company in consumer electronics, renowned for their innovative and high-quality products. They are committed to creating meaningful connections with diverse consumer groups. Currently, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies targeted at Myanmar consumers in Thailand.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze marketing strategies targeting Myanmar consumers in Thailand and execute appropriate marketing plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing activities to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Implement and oversee all marketing initiatives for assigned products.
  • Discover and deliver in-depth insights into Myanmar consumer behaviors to align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (retail, sales, marketing communication) to create and manage integrated marketing executions aimed at maximizing sales and achieving business objectives.
  • Manage external stakeholders, including advertising agencies and channel business partners, to ensure excellent execution of marketing activities.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the products to develop effective communication strategies.
  • Work closely with Myanmar point of sales staff to understand product, retail, and consumer feedback.
  • Design and track best practices for all marketing communication activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or direct supervisor.


Experience requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficient in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate methods, costs, and results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent command of English, Burmese and Thai, with strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
