Job Responsibilities

Campaign Support & Execution:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional events, product launches, and sponsorship activations.
  • Track the performance of campaigns, gather insights, and prepare reports for management.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, and product descriptions.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Manage social media platforms by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

Digital Marketing:

  • Assist in managing paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Monitor website analytics, optimize content, and improve user experience to boost e-commerce sales.

Retail Marketing:

  • Coordinate with store managers and the retail team to support in-store promotions, product displays, and visual merchandising.
  • Implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales in specific regions.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials such as in-store signage, flyers, and product catalogs.

Customer Engagement & CRM:

  • Work on customer retention strategies by managing loyalty programs, email marketing, and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and create personalized marketing campaigns that increase engagement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media and assist in maintaining a positive brand image.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, retail, product development) and external vendors (advertising agencies, influencers) to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
  • Assist in managing relationships with sports organizations, athletes, and industry partners to support marketing collaborations.
Experience requirements
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the sport, outdoor, footwear, camping or consumer goods sectors or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of outdoor lifestyle branding and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Passion for sports and knowledge of the sports retail industry.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
