Our Partner is famous consumer brand, The role of a brand manager in consumer goods is dynamic and multifaceted and must have solid experience in NPD.

Job Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Define and develop brand positioning, messaging, and long-term strategy.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and market trends.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products align with brand strategy.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.

Brand Communication:

  • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage public relations and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for brand initiatives.
  • Analyze ROI for campaigns and adjust budgets based on performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with sales, distribution, and customer service teams to align brand goals.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors for creative and media partnerships.

Consumer Engagement:

  • Foster strong relationships with consumers through social media and customer feedback.
  • Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention


Experience requirements


  • 10  years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in consumer goods and NPD management
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Project management skills to coordinate campaigns and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing automation tools.


Education requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.An MBA is preferably
